30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery date to return or exchange your handcrafted item. This window ensures you have adequate time to evaluate your purchase and make sure it is the right fit for your forever home.
Eligible Returns
Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, we will:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method,
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost, OR
- Provide store credit for future purchases
Non-Defective Products
Changed your mind? We accept returns and exchanges when items remain in new, unused condition with original packaging intact
Exchanges
Need a different size or alternative product? We process exchanges for items in new condition. Submit your exchange request within the 30-day return window. Call or send us an email.
Return Instructions
- Contact: Email us at tomiwa@woodenedgestudios.com with your order number and a quick note of what was wrong with your order. (P.S. We are real humans, not A.I. bots).
- Response Time: We will respond within the next 24 to 48 hours
- Mail-Only Returns: All returns must be shipped to the return address on the shipping label (If you ripped the box out of pure excitement, thereby ripping off the shipping label, reach out to us and we will provide you with the return address).
- Return Shipping: We cover all return shipping costs to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for all of our customers.
- Required Information: Include your order number and reason for return to expedite processing.
Refund Processing & Store Credit
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Refund Method: Choose between:
- Refund to original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases that never expires
- Defective Item Options: Select refund, replacement, or store credit for defective products.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in resellable condition (unless defective)
- Store credit never expires
- Original packaging required for non-defective returns
