At Wooden Edge Studios, we stand behind our handcrafted goods and guarantee your satisfaction. When your expectations don’t align with your purchase, we will make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange any handcrafted item, no questions asked. We want you to love your purchase, and if you don’t, we’ll make it right.

We cover all return shipping costs. Returns are always free for you.

Eligible Returns

Defective Products

Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, we will:

• Issue a full refund to your original payment method,
• Send a replacement item at no additional cost, OR
• Provide store credit for future purchases 

Non-Defective Products

Change of mind, we accept returns on items in new, unused condition within 30 days. Original packaging is not required, just make sure the item hasn’t been used.

No restocking fees. There are no hidden fees on any return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? We process exchanges for items in new, unused condition within the 30-day window. Call or send us an email.

Return Instructions

• Contact: Email us at tomiwa@woodenedgestudios.com with your order number and reason for return. (We’re real humans, not bots, promise.)
• Response Time: We reply within 24–48 hours.
• Shipping: Ship using the return address on the original label. If you need our return address, just ask, we’ll send it right over.
• Include: Your order number inside the package to speed up processing.

Refund Processing & Store Credit

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
• Refund Method: Choose between:
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases that never expires.
