Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility: We offer a 30-day window for returns and refunds. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It does not have to be in its original packaging.

2. Required Documentation: To process a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Partial Refunds: In specific situations, partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that show obvious signs of use, or products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Returns made beyond the 30-day period will also be eligible for partial refunds.

4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account. If the refund is not reflected, contact your credit card company. 6. Sale Items: Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges: We only facilitate exchanges for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at admin@woodenedgestudios.com.

8. Gifts: For items marked as gifts and directly shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Shipping Returns: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs after 7 days, which are non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, will have the return shipping cost deducted.

10. Expedited Returns: For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend this to ensure safe and traceable returns. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
