Do you offer free shipping?
Oh, you bet we do! Free shipping on every single order within the United States. That’s right, zero dollars, nada, zilch, goose egg. It’s our way of saying, “Hey, you’re awesome (really), and your wallet deserves a break.”

Do you have a physical location?
We’re online-only, which means lower prices and we ship directly to your door.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number arrives by email once shipped. Track it using the USPS tracking tool to track your package.
Do you offer local pickup?

How long does it take to make/ship my order?
In-stock items ship within 1-2 days. Custom pieces have longer lead times and making them depends on the item, which we’ll discuss before starting.
Do you offer 2 day shipping?
You’re already picturing it in your home, aren’t you? Showing it off like, “Oh this? Just a little sustainable handcrafted wood. No big deal.” (It is a big deal. Brag away.)
If your item is in stock, we typically process within 1 to 2 business days and ship it with USPS Priority Mail (Estimated Delivery: 2 to 3 business days). Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Pre-ordering a piece? Any products labeled ‘Available on backorder‘, might take a little longer, because it’s being specially made just for you. Quality takes time (and we promise, it’s worth the wait).
International orders may take a bit more time too. If we could hand-deliver it ourselves with a smile and a passport, we would. We fulfill international orders using DHL Express Worldwide that requires your signature to guarantee your order was delivered to your doorstep.

Which countries do you ship to?
Yes, to most countries, excluding those with U.S. trade embargoes or shipping restrictions.
Do I get any freebies along with my shipment?

What if I need to return something?

We offer returns and refunds within 30 days and refunds 7 days after your return has been processed, and we handle each one on a case-by-case basis, because your handcrafted piece deserves personalized breakup terms.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?

Are your finishes food-safe (for cutting boards, serving trays)?
Absolutely, we use only food-safe mineral oil, beeswax, and food-safe tung oil on all kitchen items.
Is the wood sustainably sourced or reclaimed?
Yes, we use FSC-certified and locally sourced hardwoods for responsible, quality craftsmanship.
Can I put wood products in the dishwasher?
Always hand wash with mild dish soap and water, dishwashers can damage the wood. Read our recommendation here.
